How to increase page rank and traffic to your site? 

Does anyone know of some useful and quick ways i can use to increase my page rank and hence search engine traffic?
I've tried link exchanging and link building and have only got almost 30 sites pointing to mine after 2 months! and my page rank is still ZERO!
Could you suggest some better and easier ways to build links cause link exchanging takes a lot of time!
I also found some automatic link exchange sites which looked promising like telalinks.com but unfortunately they required you to upload a page to your site which you can't with synthasite! There is a lot of information in those posts, so it might be a bit much to absorb all at once. All I can tell you is that if you implement any or all of the advice shared above, in time your search enging ranking will improve and you will start to attract more traffic to your siteI see one weakness you have in your source code....your page title simply says music and the word juice....Come up with a short phrase with words relevant to things about your site....nothing really long but something with a little more info....Make sure ALL pages have titles and as many key words and key word phrases as you can think of.PageRank is Google's internal measurement denoting the number and importance of links pointing to any given site; that said, it basically measures the sites authority on a given topic. When a site links to another website it is basically a vote for that site; and the more authority the site has that is linking to the other site, the more that vote is worth.

That said; when the Google algorithm chooses which pages to return to the user for any give search query, it is not only looking at overall site importance and authority (PageRank), but also query specific relevance. 

There are a huge number of variables, and Google keeps these relatively secret, besides PageRank that they use when ranking sites for given keywords. 

A site that is updated and added to often, with good content and good readership may not have a good PageRank (not many sites linking to it) but will have some good listings in the search results pages because of the other factors.

Props to you for having a great site and getting some good search results.what I do, when i link exchange with other websites, I pull a page rank on that other website, if they are a 4 or lower, I don't ask to be linked to and I don't link to them. However, it is often said, that you can't be held liable for someone else's doing that's out of your control... with this in mind, remember, you won't be penalized for bad sites linking to your site, therefore, the extra traffic from those sites might actually be better... however, remember not to link back to those sites... especially if they have previously been reported by certain sites. If you link to known spamming sites, you will definitely not get a good page rank if any at all.

I went nearly 12 months on a PR of N/A, then I learned the link exchanging tricks. After I removed all bad links, a month later I went from N/A to 0... 0 is better than N/A.... two months after that, I went to a PR of 2.. which is where I'm at now...

so I went, 12 months (with bad links) on a PR of N/A and another 3 months of only good links... I'm now a two! Two is actually really good. Think of this pattern...

how hard was it to get to 0.... assuming you started with N/A? Probably a challenge...

1 is 2 times as hard to get to as N/A is to 0....
2 is 4 times as hard
3 is 8 times as hard
4 is 16 times as hard
5 is 32 times as hard
6 is 64 times as hard
7 is 128 times as hard
8 is 256 times as hard
9 is 512 times as hard
10 is 1,024 times as hard....

Experts believe this to be a precise model of how part of Google's algorithm is designed based on research. Those with a page rank of 10 (if they even exist) probably have the best professional web designers around and been in business since the 90s.

So remember this, if you ever get to 2 like me... it wasn't easy... and 3 will be 8 times as hard!
