Multan (Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan) started performing as a supervisory body in 1968 is responsible for conducting matriculation and intermediate examinations within the dominion. The areas under Multan board jurisdiction are Multan, Khanewal, Vehari, Sahiwal, and Pakpattan. BISE Multan conducts matric and inter examinations for the candidates belonging to the schools and colleges of these areas.
